Brock Smith Custom Homes has built extensively at Suncadia Resort. Brock’s team has more experience building at the resort than most builders and has been involved with the resort from the beginning. Since 2005, Brock has built 14 homes —from 2,600 to 10,000 square feet in both Suncadia and Tumble Creek, five of those homes have been built since the formation of Brock Smith Custom Homes from Brock Smith Construction. Brock and his team are currently breaking ground on two more within the Resort.
